Tuna Salad Recipe ♡
As part of a healthier lifestyle, I have been playing around with new healthy recipes. Now, I'm not going to say that they're ingenious or original, but they work for me. So in a bid to prepare a quick and easy lunch, I came across this simple tuna salad. Now, I'm definitely no health expert but I do know that fish is a great source of protein, so eat up ladies and gentlemen!
For the salad, you will need:

For the salad, you will need:
- 1/2 a tin of kidney beans
- 1 tin of tuna
- 1 large tomato
- 1 spring onion
- A handful of lettuce (whatever type works for you
- 1/4 of cucumber
- 1/2 a red bell pepper
For the dressing, you will need:
- Lemon juice
- Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Honey (preferably runny)
- Balsamic Vinegar
(Just add these to taste)
So, I know that this isn't a ground-breaking recipe but I hope you enjoy it none the less!
