Reading List 2015 ♡

One of my New Years Resolutions was to read more, at least two books each month. So I've compiled a list of books that I would like to read this year, ranging from new releases to the old classics. Please feel free to leave suggestions down below!

Tuna Salad Recipe ♡

As part of a healthier lifestyle, I have been playing around with new healthy recipes. Now, I'm not going to say that they're ingenious or original, but they work for me. So in a bid to prepare a quick and easy lunch, I came across this simple tuna salad. Now, I'm definitely no health expert but I do know that fish is a great source of protein, so eat up ladies and gentlemen!


For the salad, you will need:

  • 1/2 a tin of kidney beans
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 spring onion
  • A handful of lettuce (whatever type works for you
  • 1/4 of cucumber
  • 1/2 a red bell pepper

For the dressing, you will need:
  • Lemon juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Honey (preferably runny)
  • Balsamic Vinegar
(Just add these to taste)






So, I know that this isn't a ground-breaking recipe but I hope you enjoy it none the less!
